Broker Manager cgrady@cbcadvantage.com Charlie is a 1968 graduate of Campbell University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a 1971 Graduate of Campbell University with a degree in Trust Management. He has served as a General Services Officer and State Property Officer for the State of North Carolina. Charlie is a former member of the North Carolina Board of Transportation and former member of the Raleigh Planning and Zoning Commission. He is very familiar with all levels of Government intervention and approvals regarding Real Estate Development. Charlie has been in the commercial real estate business in Wake County for over 20 years. He is proficient in all facets of real estate with emphasis on land and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. He is currently a member of ICSC, TCAR and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In his spare time, Charlie volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America. |

She has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advantage since 1999. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Advantage, Sue was Broker/Owner of Capital City Commercial, Inc. and Vice President of Sunstates Corporation, a shopping center development company. Sue’s extensive real estate experience includes office leasing, raw land sales, commercial leasing and income property sales, tenant representation and retail outparcel sales. She is currently a member of ICSC and TCAR. |

Bobby Poole, Broker bpoole@cbcadvantage.com Bobby Poole is a life-long resident of Raleigh and has over thirty years of experience in the real estate business. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Advantage, Bobby was employed by the North Carolina State Property Office, including the last five years as its General Real Estate Manager, which is the section in that office responsible for the acquisition and disposition of all improved and unimproved lands located throughout North Carolina for the State of North Carolina. During the course of his career with the North Carolina State Property Office, Bobby personally handled or managed the completion of several thousand real estate transactions on behalf of thirty-five state agencies and institutions, including the state's sixteen institution university system. The types of transactions handled or managed by Bobby included the purchase and/or sale of office and industrial buildings, small and large acreage tracts, residential properties, assemblage projects, etc. |
